Shipping

We currently only ship Domestic throughout the USA.

(Hopefully after Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted we can plan to ship worldwide, sorry!)

Shipping costs vary on the weight and size of each item.

*Due to the situation caused by Covid-19 and the upcoming holidays, delivery times might be a little longer.

**If any packages are lost during transit we are not responsible and if you place an incorrect address when checking out please make sure to inform us as soon as possible otherwise we are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges other than for improper fit.

If an item does not fit you properly we ask that you email Katelynfaybrand@gmail.com with your item information, reference(s) number, receipt confirmation of payment and explanation of the fit issue.

We will then email you back with a return shipping label, (which will be deducted from your refund amount). Once we have received the item we will refund you for your purchase, minus the cost for the return shipping.

Each piece is handmade by Katelyn Fay and takes a lot of time, money, and effort out of pocket to create. No one peice is identical and pieces are prone to possible discrepancies with production as each piece is handmade and made imperfectly perfect.

This is not a mass produced production with a team of workers. This is a one human being operation all made start to finish by Katelyn Fay so we appreciate your patience and support of small, local artists.
